Briefing requested

Your investor briefing is on its way

It lands in your inbox within the hour. While you wait, watch the short video below so you know exactly how I work before we speak.

Step 1 of 3

Watch this before our call

Britain's Got Talent winner Axel Blake spent a day with me touring developers and communities. This is what he said had changed his thinking by the end of it.

Axel Blake, winner of Britain's Got Talent and one of the UK's most recognised entertainers, came to Dubai with one goal in mind, to invest. I took him through developer offices, showed him some of Dubai's best communities, and even walked him through my own property to give him a real picture of what this market looks like from the inside.

If you're thinking about investing in Dubai real estate like Axel, I help clients find the right opportunities every day.

"Trist is the guy who keeps it completely raw and real. He gives proper insights and guidance to investors, and tells you whether a project is a good investment or not."

Ranked number one in a roundup of Dubai agents worth following.

"Trist Taylor, I think they give really good insight and have wider knowledge than a lot of brokers. Things you just can't get from the brochure."

Asked to name the Dubai agent with the most knowledge.

"Trist, you are the man. Thank you for sorting out everything that you've done for us. Absolutely over the moon with the deal that you've got us. You know that I am a pain in the butt customer, but you've literally come through with everything that I asked for."

"I have spoken to maybe eight agents, because I'm just trying to find that person I can build that rapport with. You're the first person that has said it's not a waste of time and that you want to build over a year. Everyone else said they want us to buy now, now, now."

What happens next

No chasing, no call centre. Four steps, and you can stop at any one of them.

Step 1

The briefing lands

Within the hour, in your inbox. The current off plan projects I would put my own money into, with the numbers attached.

Step 2

I message you

A short WhatsApp from me personally, at the time of day you picked. Not a dialler, not an assistant.

Step 3

We run your figures

Twenty minutes on a call. Entry price, deposit, DLD, staged payments and your projected position on the projects that fit you.

Step 4

Reserve, or walk away

If it stacks up, I handle the booking and the paperwork. If it does not, I say so and we wait for the right one.

Most investors go from briefing to a clear answer inside a week.

Step 3 of 3

Get answers upfront

When exactly will I hear from you?

The briefing is emailed within the hour. I follow up personally on WhatsApp at the time of day you selected on the form.

Do I need to live in the UAE to invest?

No. Most of my investors buy from abroad and never set foot on site until handover. I handle the process remotely, start to finish.

Is it really tax free?

The UAE charges no property income tax or capital gains tax on individual investors. You keep the rent and the gain. Always confirm how your home country treats overseas income.

How much do I actually need to start?

Entry is from around AED 1.5M, with a booking deposit as low as 5 percent. So the cash to commit can start well under half a million dirhams, paid in interest free stages after that.

Can I get a mortgage as a non resident?

Yes. Non resident mortgages are available and I will point you to the lenders that actually approve them.

Am I committing to anything by requesting the briefing?

Nothing at all. It is information. If the numbers do not suit you, you keep the briefing and we leave it there.

What is the catch?

There isn't one. The developer pays me when you buy the right unit, so my incentive is to keep you buying well for years, not to push one bad deal today.
